New Features

– Introduced Direct Agreements to record commercial agreements with publishers and automatically generate Active IOs per advertiser, bypassing the campaign and publisher proposal process.

– Enhanced the Notes page into a more comprehensive CRM and account management solution for tracking commercial relationships and interactions.

Improvements

– The Currency field in Campaign Details now defaults to “Choose currency” instead of “Euro”.
– The Compensation panel now displays the total compensation for all placements included in a publisher proposal.
– UX improvements across campaign workflows.
– Updated Amazon credentials integration to support the latest Amazon requirements.
– Improved CPS calculations for supported affiliate networks by excluding bonus transactions from the selected reporting period by default.
– Enhanced the Statistics overlay in the ROAS graph on the IO Details page by adding “Order Value” and “Commission” columns for each SubID.

Bug Fixes

– Fixed an issue where the campaign currency was not correctly assigned when publisher proposals were submitted without a budget.
– Campaign End Date can no longer be selected before the Campaign Start Date.
– The “Created by” field now correctly displays the publisher contact who submitted the proposal instead of the agency user.
– Fixed an issue where the selected Placement Type was not retained when a publisher edited a submitted proposal.
– Fixed an issue where an empty IO Signer was created when adding an advertiser to an agency account without assigning an IO Signer.
– Fixed an issue affecting advertiser search results in the Search box.
– Pending publishers can no longer be invited to campaigns before the connection request has been approved.
– The Network ID selected by an external publisher in the proposal form is now used only for the related campaign proposal and IO, and no longer overrides the publisher’s assigned Network ID.
– Fixed an issue where only one CPSi compensation entry per placement was displayed in generated IO PDFs. All CPSi entries are now shown.
– Fixed an issue where CPSi compensation values were incorrectly aggregated in IO PDFs. CPSi amounts are now displayed separately.
– Fixed an issue in the campaign proposal workflow that could cause publishers to lose existing network credentials.
– Fixed an issue with approval links.
– Fixed an issue where the same recipient could receive duplicate emails when an IO was sent using the “Send Proposal (for approval)” action.
– Improved error handling for IO action links.
– Fixed an error that occurred when attempting to add network credentials to a publisher account for networks that do not yet support API integration.

New Features

– Live Placements feature for agency, advertiser, and network accounts.

Improvements

– Added logos to Campaigns and Campaign Details pages.
– The campaign creator user now also receives the “Publisher Has Submitted a Proposal for Campaign” email notification.
– Added loading animation for Overview export.
– Improved campaign edit notifications: When adding new publishers to a campaign, only newly added publishers receive the notification. When editing campaign details, all publishers receive a new notification.
– Layout enhancements applied to Financial Dashboards (agency, advertiser, network accounts).
– Added Advertiser Network & ID and Publisher Network & ID sections to the IO Details page.
– Improved Financial Dashboard behaviour for publishers: “Mark as paid” button is now disabled for 0€, pending and draft IOs.

Bug Fixes

– Payment method filter in Financial Dashboard no longer shows disabled options.
– Financial Dashboard now displays the correct exposure period dates instead of IO creation period.
– Fixed an issue where campaigns were not shared with all users with the appropriate permissions.
– Fixed an issue where IOs created in non-EUR currencies were incorrectly displayed in EUR instead of the selected currency.
– IO status now updates correctly when unmarked as paid and logs the action.

New Features

– Agency accounts can now create Campaigns to share with Publishers, review and approve exposure proposals, with Insertion Orders generated automatically.

Improvements

– It is now possible to select multiple publishers when distributing a campaign and assign the same budget to all.
– Campaigns with “Pending Approval” proposals can no longer be deleted.

Bug Fixes

– Fixed an issue with the ROAS data not being displayed in the Advertiser page.
– Fixed an issue where the ROAS graph in the IO details page showed the incorrect latest sync date.
– Fixed an error when sorting users by role.

New Features

– Advertiser campaigns and publisher proposals can now be shared and downloaded by Network and Advertiser account users.
– When an Advertiser accesses the online version of the IO, the action is recorded in the Activity Log.
– Advertiser page can now be accessed by Network account users.

Improvements

– Added campaign notifications for Network and Advertiser accounts.
– Added a dialogue box to provide a rejection reason when declining a Publisher Proposal (available for Network and Advertiser accounts).
– Updated user roles and permissions for Network and Advertiser accounts to include Campaign management.
– Improved the campaign email template to hide empty fields that are not selected.
– Overview page loading performance improved.
– Campaign deletion is now restricted when Publisher Proposals are awaiting approval.

New Features

– Added advertiser import function for new networks: CJ, Tradetracker, Daisycon, Partnerize, Webgains and Rakuten.

Improvements

– Renamed ‘Change Status’ to ‘IO actions’, with new options: Approve IO, Send proposal (for approval), and Share via link. ‘Send proposal’ combines previous pending options into one. Online IOs now support approve, approve & sign via DocuSign, or reject. After approval, ‘IO actions’ changes to ‘Share results’.
– Enhanced process for marking IOs as paid: ‘Payment Method’ options simplified to Invoice, Bonus via affiliate network, or N/A. If no payment method is selected, ‘Send payment reminder’ is disabled and payment terms are excluded from the PDF. Financial Dashboard now displays a ‘Paid’ button only when compensation includes a fee.
– Financial Dashboard now displays relative growth for each advertiser entry.
– Improved compare function, sorting and advertiser search in Opportunities Dashboard.
– Finance permission now displayed in the User permissions overview.
– Hidden the Package price section in the Daily Schedule.
– Total Fee in the Advertiser page now updates dynamically based on selected filter dates.
– Edit advertiser name, logo, and networks in a single overlay on the Advertiser details page.
– IO exports updated with missing columns and additional filters.
– Reminder emails now include logging, email preview, and the option to set a custom recipient.
– Declined DocuSign signatures now flag IOs as rejected.
– Duplicated packages now also duplicate temporal price changes.
– Order filters updated in the Overview.
– Expanded ROAS overlay in Details page.
– In Details page and PDF, Network ID and Advertiser ID are now shown separately.
– Fixed alignment and style issues in Overview, Invoicing, Opportunities Dashboard, Financial Dashboard and Live Placements pages.

New Features

– Added advertiser import function for new networks: Tradedoubler, Partnerize and Impact.
– Live Placements feature: Weekly calendar view showing all current and upcoming ad placements for a selected URL, with package details and advertiser bookings.

Improvements

– Advertiser names are now clickable links.
– Hidden the “About [Publisher]” tab in the “Package Info” overlay.
– Opportunities Dashboard improvements: fixed sorting, updated filter types for base periods and KPIs.
– Enhanced translations on the platform.
– Added a “Search Package” filter to the Packages page.
– The country field in advertiser details (on the Advertiser page) is now retained across sessions.
– Filters now remember their selections across sessions and pages.
– Added a “Mark Invoice as Paid” shortcut to the Actions menu on the Invoices page.
– When a screenshot is added to an IO, an icon is now displayed in the Daily Schedule.
– Made the top bar float in the Daily Schedule for easier navigation.
– Advertiser page updates: added a flexible date picker to the filter and included a “Total Fee” in performance metrics.
– Financial Dashboard: Discounts and total IO price are not split per URL anymore to avoid inconsistencies. “Expand All” / “Collapse All” buttons have been added.
– Publisher ID details added to the PDF and Details Page.

Bug Fixes

– Fixed an issue where paid IOs appeared when the filter was set to show only unpaid IOs.
– Fixed an issue with uploading multiple screenshots.

New Features

– New Finance role introduced to manage invoices and IO payment status.
– New Finance menu entry, including access to the Financial Dashboard and Invoices pages.
– Info button added to Daily Schedule packages, allowing users to view package details, upload materials and screenshots, and more.
– Package inclusions that allow users to specify a list of inclusions or ad placements or component of a package that will be displayed in the Daily Schedule package overlay and can be manually toggled to indicate whether the inclusion is completed / live.

Improvements

– IO payment status automatically updates when an associated invoice is marked as paid.
– Screenshot uploads now save automatically.
– Load animation added to Financial Dashboard exports.
– Task creation and completion are now recorded in the activity log.
– All users can view all tasks, regardless of assignment to the IO or individual task.
